  • By accepting this you agree to the terms and conditions set out below by Select Registrations (PTY) LTD

  • By accepting the T's & C's, you give Select Registrations (Pty) Ltd full permission for handling license renewal(s) on your behalf. A permission letter will also be generated automatically by our website with your registered details for us to use when submitting your application(s) to the relevant council.

  • Motorists are required by law to re license their vehicles every year.

  • The profile owner (user) accepts and agrees that all information provided is true and correct and done with the sole permission of the current registered owner of the vehicle. We at Select Registrations (PTY) LTD will not be held responsible for information that was provided incorrectly by the profile owner and we will not take any responsibility.

  • Here at Select registrations we will do our very best to obtain your disc. But unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances there might be an instance where a disc will not be printed. This could include the following but not limited to:

    • Other unlicensed vehicles (always make sure all you vehicles are licenced)
    • Penalties (You get a 21-day grace period if you have not renewed the expired motor vehicle licence. The grace period is calculated from the expiry date on your current licence disc and if the licence is not renewed by the end of the grace period, penalties will be charged. Penalties are calculated at 1/10th of the licencing fee for every month that the licence remains lapsed)
    • CRW Required (Make sure your vehicle is roadworthy, NOTE: If your vehicle is used for public transport or is a heavy load motor vehicle, a certification of roadworthiness must be done, and if you are licencing a bus this needs to be done every six months as a bus roadworthy certification is only valid for six months.)
    • Enforcement order (Make sure you do not have outstanding traffic “Enforcement orders” on your name.) If you are not sure please visit the website www.aarto.gov.za -Administration mark

  • Select Registrations (PTY) LTD cannot be held responsible for this. There will be a 50% service fee together with the pro rata council fee charged for a re-issuing of a license disc if a license disc is not printed.

  • The quotation should be paid in full before we will be able to submit your documents. Once the license is processed and paid for there will not be a refund. Once the licence disc is printed and paid it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Neither can it be transferred to another vehicle.

  • In a case where the quote is higher than the actual amount paid to the city council Select Registrations will refund the amount in cash or EFT. In a case where the quote amount is less than the actual amount paid to the city council we have set a threshold of R300 that we will pay on your behalf. This will be invoiced and you accept that you will pay this in full before the delivery will take place.

  • If you are an organization, you will need the following:

    • Organisation’s business certificate
    • ID of proxy
    • Letter of proxy

  • Individual Mandate

    Herewith I, "vehicle Owner" with ID No.: "ID Number" give consent to "Select Registrations" and/or its representatives/affiliates/nominees to renew my vehicle licence(s), process the transactions I request, contact me for related services or products, and obtain an R114 on my behalf. I am requesting this service as I am unable to process these transactions personally at this time. I authorize an affidavit and identity verification for these transactions, products and services.

  • Company Mandate

    Herewith I, "Vehicle Owner" with ID No.: :"ID number", being the Proxy for "Company" give consent to " Select Registrations " and/or its representatives/affiliates/nominees to renew the Company vehicle licence(s), process any transactions that I request, contact me for related services or products, and obtain an R114 on my behalf. I am requesting this service as I am unable to process these transactions personally at this time. I authorize an affidavit and identity verification for these transactions, products and services.
